Richard Gaughan

Inspector

Inspecting since 1983, Richard is a graduate of the mechanical engineering program at University of Toronto and a founding partner of National Home Inspection. Richard has performed over 10,000 inspections in the last 30 years.

Mark Goddard

Inspector

Mark is a graduate of the Geo-technical engineering program at the University of Toronto and a founding partner. Mark heads up the NHI commercial inspection division, working with banks (for re-financing) as well as lawyers and buyers/building owners. He has performed over 10,000 inspections in the last 30 years.

Lorrie

Office manager

Lorrie has been managing the office, handling inquires, and scheduling inspections since 1992.
